What do Providers do?

Our providers, also known as attendants, provide non-medical assistance to the aged and disabled. Providers work in the home of their clients and provide assistance with daily tasks such as meal preparation, feeding, dressing, bathing, escort to appointments, grooming, exercise, light house keep etc. We are always looking for compassionate people to join our team.

Providers are either recommended by a client, their family or hired by the agency.

Provider Job Duties:

  • Attendants use Vesta token or client's landline to clock in and out of work, we will orientate you on how to do this and is very important in this job.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Attendants work in a very personal way with their clients. Attendants must be sensitive and compassionate with clients.

  • Stamina: Attendants might need to lift clients into the bathtub, cars and into bed, and need strength.

  • Time Management: Attendants are schedule keepers. Attendants have to be there to make sure clients get up on time, make sure medication is taken on schedule and clients get to appointments on time.

  • Supports clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; preparing and serving meals and snacks and running errands etc.

  • Assists clients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provider Qualifications 

and How to Apply:

All providers must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid ID and Social Security card. 

​

The application must be filled out in-person at our office, and have your ID and social security card ready. At the office you may view available clients general location and schedule.

​

Attendants must go through an in-office orientation which takes about 30min -1 hour. We take walk-ins before 4pm or made by appointment.
